Investment Strategy

The Mid-America Management Corporation seeks to acquire stabilized multifamily, industrial, and retail assets and manage them over a long-term holding period. We concentrate on acquiring quality Class A and B assets at favorable prices, particularly where we can add value through effective asset management. We believe in utilizing our strong relationships with the financial community and using financial leverage to enhance the returns on properties we acquire. Over time, our diversified, conservatively invested portfolio has provided stable returns in both good and bad economic climates.
